Latsis Group

Founded in the 1940s by the late John S. Latsis, the Latsis Group initially focused on trade and shipping. During the 1970s, the Group began diversifying its activities by building the first export refinery in Greece and thereafter undertaking major infrastructure and energy projects in Saudi Arabia. Energy Sector

Hellenic Petroleum S.A. (ELPE). Athens Stock Exchange – listed ELPE is the leading energy group in South Eastern Europe with an annual refining capacity of 16 million tons as well as marketing.

Real Estate Sector

LAMDA Development S.A., an affiliate listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, is the market leader in retail real estate development in Greece and South-Eastern Europe.

Commercial Shipping

The Group’s shipping arm Latsco Shipping Ltd with its strategic and commercial headquarters in London, handled by Latsco (London) Ltd, and its in-house technical ship management company Consolidated Marine Management in Athens, control a modern fleet of 14 ships with 11 additional new ships on order.

Banking and Financial Services

EFG International AG, which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, is a global Private Banking and Asset Management group headquartered in Zurich with offices across Europe, Asia, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas.

Healthcare Services

The Group owns Hôpital de La Tour, which is Geneva’s largest full-service private hospital with 210 beds, in addition to a network of clinics.

Engineering Consulting

SGI which operates in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Algeria, Nigeria, Morocco and Senegal provides engineering consulting and project management services to both private and public sector clients.

Contracting, Project Management and Facilities Management

SETE, primarily present in Saudi Arabia, is active in the construction and management of large infrastructure projects including highly specialized BOO/BOOT desalination and water treatment plants, Real Estate Development and Facilities Management.

Yachting

PrivatSea Holding S.A. (PrivatSea) offers yachting services through offices in South of France, Greece, Switzerland, UK, Saudi Arabia and the US; including chartering, brokerage, and marina and yacht management with a fleet under management of 28 mega yachts (30 to 140m in length).
