- Scope of Work: Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up of a new 48,000 m3/day Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Systems and technologies used to treat the influent : Primary Treatment: Odor Control, Primary lamella Separator and API separator, Biological Treatment: Extended Aeration by Fines Bubbles Diffusion for nitrification / de-nitrification, Dissolved Air Flotation Clarifiers - DAF’s, Physical Chemical Treatment: Fenton Reaction Clarifier Tanks, Chemical Injection Systems Tertiary Treatment: Multi Media Filters, GAC Filters and Chlorination System. The treated effluent is in compliance with the Royal Commission for Yanbu and Jubail water quality standards and used for irrigation purposes within the area of Yanbu Industrial City or directly discharged to the sea.
